Seems like a good day to start a travel blog

Today seems like as good a day as any to start a travel blog even though I’m sitting on my couch at home with just a vague idea of travelling and blogging. I have put my condo up for sale, it went on the market today, and I’ve bought a Fujifilm X-M5. That’s it, that’s the plan. I’m going to start out around my home town. I’ll take some photos and make some blogs and figure out how all this works. Hopefully that will be followed by some plane tickets and some adventures.

I’m not interested in rushing around and seeing everything in 7 days or going to every store that sells magnets and keychains. I want to wander around, find some good snacks. I want to sit down and watch the world. I’ll take photographs instead of buying stuff. But until I can get on a flight to a new place I’m going to start looking around the place where I live.
